The Main entrance to Recanati, this portal is amazing.
The main square, here is a statue of Giacomo Leopardi also known as “the hunchback of Recanati”, was an Italian poet, philosopher, essayist and philologist.

This is a photo inside the church of Loreto. Inside the amazing marble casing, is the house of the virgin Mary. People come from all over the world to pray inside.
A fantastic table with a view, looking straight out across the Adriatic Sea, is Croatia the city of Zara.
Pasta with fresh fish sauce and mixed fried fish, this was delicious.

The devils arch… it was said that if one tried to pass this arch at night a gate would come down so fast it scared the devil himself.

As you can see here, these thick walls were filled with sand and stones, this was because if the wall was hit by a cannonball the wall could absorb the shock.
